Katie Greaves is the Employment and Training Division Director and the Director of the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board. She is passionate about collective impact and working across systems and institutions to promote opportunity, shared prosperity and healthy communities. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
Stephen Jackson is the current WIB Chair and works as an independent consultant. Before his recent retirement he was the Director Career Technical Education (CTE) Partnerships for the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) and oversaw all aspects of the county-level effort to support districts and schools to develop and provide high quality CTE programs for high school students in Sonoma County. Stephen worked in education for 30 years, including 12 years as a business and technology instructor at Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa. He has served on the WIB since 2005. Mr. Jackson fills a business seat on the WIB.
Brandy Evans has been with Goodwill Industries for many years and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Evans has a varied employment background which includes construction, real estate and long-term health care. She is the current WIB Chair-Elect. Ms. Evans fills one of the fourteen Business seats on the WIB.
